Hey, I am Abinaya but you can call me Abi. As my short name means I live for the here and now, in the present, treasuring each moment I love the world of children and love the smile i see every time I deliver a baby. Each 9 month journey is a special one for me, a journey of ecstasy, anxiety and joy. Ever since I was a little girl, I have been fascinated with creation. I love animals and plants too. You can see what a handful I can be for my family 🙂
My passion however is Medicine particularly Gynaecology. I spent some years at Apollo, I loved the hustle and bustle and learnt under some really experienced doctors. One thing that struck me was how the whole conception, pregnancy and childbirth was a momentous event for families. And even more when it didn’t happen what a trauma it was. There is so much of pressure, stress and pain that I decided to specialise in fertility, conception, pregnancy management and child birth. While I loved working in a large hospital I wanted to create a personal experience for to be mother’s and their families. That is why I set up Sai Ram Clinic, where I can work hands on in creating a memorable experience, participate in nature’s creation process as a patient nurturer
While I have a thriving practice, I realise there is a lot more that I could do, reach out to more people and help them as they go about building their families. That is this space in the online world, a place for resources, references or just questions!
