Breast Milk is the best food a mother can provide to a new born which has a lot of benefits for the child. It’s the most nutritious and complete food one can provide to their child.
With so many benefits, its also important for the mother to take the right nutrition to produce the best possible breast milk.
There are a few food options which are available for improving/increasing Breast Milk secretion, a few of them are Garlic, Spinach(Moringa/Drumstick Leaves),Palm Jaggery and Shredded Fish Stir Fry.
– Garlic is a widely available and used source which also assists a lot with Colic for Babies
-Spinach especially Moringa or commonly known as Drumstick leaves is also a great source for Breast Milk. Care should be taken that the Spinach is cooked or steamed before consumption
